Submerging
I’m sinking into a wonder world. The impact of my arrival still aches all over my body but is slowly giving rise to a different feeling. I’m taken over by the serenity of the moment.
I lost all orientation. Above and below doesn’t matter anymore. There is light and there is darkness. I’m welcomed into this strange world by their inhabitants. Small creatures all all around me. No hiding, no fear.
I’m gliding deeper and deeper. Life forms are passing by, not even taking notice of me. Jellyfish, laminarias are touching me gently.
Little creatures are latching onto me. They help me breath. Little symbiotic creatures. I think I’m transformed. I wonder what it is that I bring to this place? What do I give back to this world and the creatures that nurture me?
I’m slowly dissolving. I’m becoming one with the water. One with all the life that lives here. It’s beautiful. It’s peaceful. It’s magical. Submerging I am.
