This photography series is inspired by my love for birds. I treat each bird portrait as I would photographing a fellow human; meaning that I try to bring out the perceived personality and beauty of the being in front of me. My hope is that the viewer finds herself or himself at eye level with the bird, forgetting that we are categorized as different species.
